REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted for digital products and consulting services offered by HIVE Copywriting.
Please read carefully before purchasing.
SECTION 1 — The Faith-Scale Framework (Digital Product)
The Faith-Scale Framework is a digital informational product.
Because it is delivered instantly upon purchase, it is generally non-refundable.
However, a conditional 30-day performance-based refund may be requested under the following strict conditions:
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund, you must demonstrate that:
You implemented the 2 Campaign Strategy exactly as outlined in the guide.
You ran the Test Campaign for a minimum of 7 consecutive days without interruption.
You used broad targeting (no interest stacking).
You launched at least 10–20 creative variations as instructed.
You allowed sufficient budget for meaningful data collection.
You received zero sales attributable to the campaigns during that test period.
A refund request must include:
• Screenshots of your campaign structure
• Screenshots of ad sets and creatives
• Evidence of spend
• Proof of implementation according to the guide
Refund requests that do not include documentation of full implementation will not be approved.
Important:
Refunds will not be granted due to:
• Failure to implement the strategy
• Incomplete setup
• Early campaign shutdown
• Personal preference
• Changing your mind
• Product-market mismatch
• Platform policy violations
If all criteria are met and zero results occurred after full implementation, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing hello@hivecopywriting.com.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
SECTION 2 — 1:1 Ad Review Sessions
All 1:1 Ad Review sessions are non-refundable once delivered.
Because time is reserved exclusively for you, refunds are not issued for:
• Missed sessions
• Failure to attend
• Late arrival
• Lack of account access during the call
Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled time using the link provided in your confirmation email.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the session fee.
If you do not attend the session and do not provide 24-hour notice, the session fee is non-refundable.
SECTION 3 — Done-For-You Management Services
Refund terms for ongoing management services are governed by individual signed service agreements.
SECTION 4 — Chargebacks
By purchasing any product or service, you agree to contact HIVE Copywriting first to resolve any disputes before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.
Submitting a chargeback without attempting resolution may result in permanent removal of access to products and services.
